WWII PERIOD CHURCHILL V FOR VICTORY WINGS

This interesting piece of history made from brass off cuts most often from discarded shell casings during the second world war symbolised hope and resilliance. Taken from the famous sign Churchill used .

Possibly uk factory made to be worn by maker or given as a gift/sweetheart brooch.   Measures approx 60mm across , "V" approx 12mm high. Has had a safety pin attached for wear.
