Green and gold enamelled pin badge picturing the famous mallard steam train, the first to out run the flying scotsman. Painted brunswick green from 1952 until its retirement in 1963. Interesting detail on the badge including the trains serial number 60022. Maker mark on reverse a little worn. J.W B'ham is all I can make out. Good strong pin. Badge measures approx 35mm across.
